LEITH COMMUNITY CLIMATE CHANGE PROJECT

Harriet Cross, Project Co Ordinator & Community Champion

The Leith Community Climate Change Project was run by the Himalayan Centre for Arts & Culture and funded by Keep Scotland Beautiful, Natural Scotland between 2014 to 2016. The project’s main aim was to reduce household waste and promote green and healthy living.

DESIGN BRIEF

Working closely with Harriet, I was to create various artwork to promote the environmental events as and when they were organised. Colour and community-based designs were the main criteria for all marketing material in order for it to catch the attention of the viewer immediately.

WHAT HARRIET HAD TO SAY

“Ranjit has been a pleasure to work with. Together we have created a brand and identity for the Leith Community Climate Change Project, and she has been supportive and flexible during the process. Her speedy delivery, high quality designs with the energy and enthusiasm I need means we keep going back to her!”
